Product Description

This 1.8CFM Single Stage Refrigeration Vacuum Pump is a device used to purge air conditioning and refrigeration systems of contaminants such as moisture and air. They are widely used for vacuum forming, scientific and printing industry, fiberglass infusion, anywhere a deep vacuum is needed.

Key Feature:
* Excellent heat-dissipation capacity - robust die cast aluminum housing and cooling fan make the pump cool and run efficiently for a longer time.
* Oil Anti-flow back Design - the air passage is specially designed to prevent oil from flowing back to contaminate chamber after pump stopped.
* Force Feed Lubrication System - use clean filtered oil to all internal bearings to help reduce heat & maintenance
* Vanes are made with Aeronautical Materials! Heat resistance and abrasion resistance are greater than DELRIN vanes, let alone cheap plastic vanes that wear out quickly.
* Vibration-free and quiet -Solid Metal base with rubber feet is Vibration-free and easy for transportation.
* Convenience - oil sight glass allows for quick visual check of oil level and an oil drain plug positioned at the bottom of oil reservoir for changing oil.
* Stable - the exhaust is designed to eliminate oil mist when running.
* Easy operation - hand shaped handle coated with antiskid rubber.
* Vesatile - Suitable for all refrigerants. R12 , R134a , R22 , R410a , R404 , R502 etc

Note: 1.When pump is running, the oil level should between the 2 lines on sight glass. Under filling will result in poor vacuum performance. Over filling can cause oil blowing from the exhaust. 2. Generally, pump is shipped without oil in the reservoir, while some might have oil inside because we have tested it to ensure its quality.
